On Tuesday, ABC News reported that 50 individuals, including actresses Lori Loughlin (Full House) and Felicity Hoffman (Desperate Housewives), along with dozens of CEOs and other high ranking business executives, were charged in a wide-reaching college admissions scam, in which they allegedly gamed the system.

John Vandemoor, a former Stanford University sailing coach, is also scheduled to plead guilty to racketeering conspiracy charges.

Authorities said parents paid the founder of the Edge College & Career Network approximately 25 million dollars to get their children into college. The children, generally, did not realize their admission was due to a bribe.

Felicity and husband William H. Macy allegedly paid $15,000 to participate in the college entrance exam cheating scheme in an effort to help their eldest daughter, Sofia.

Andre Ingram signing 10-day deal with Lakers
Ingram will also sit out the rest of the year because of a blood clot, which only makes the Lakers situation that much bleaker. Prominent athletes such as Chris Bosh and Serena Williams have been affected by blood clots in recent years.

Loughlin and her Target designer husband Mossimo Giannulli used the latter approach, allegedly paying $500,000 for her two daughters to be accepted into USC as crew team recruits, despite their lack of participation in crew.

Huffman was one of 13 people, including actress Lori Loughlin, taken into custody Tuesday in Los Angeles and Macy attended his wife's initial court appearance.

The charging documents were unsealed in federal court in Boston and are more than 200 pages long. Huffman allegedly paid $15,000 for her oldest daughter and began the process for her second child but ultimately abandoned the plan because she was anxious a fixed score would "set off alarm bells". "They got Aunt Becky out here getting cuffed by the feds", said another user.

Ms Huffman and Ms Loughlin were due to appear in Federal Court in Los Angeles later on Tuesday, prosecutors said.

DeSean Jackson traded to Eagles
Sources told ESPN on Sunday that the Bucs were actively shopping Jackson and that Philadelphia was his desired landing spot. Peters started all 16 games last season but often wasn't able to play all the offensive snaps.

Riddell was paid roughly $10,000 per test, money that was often funneled through a charity account set up by Singer, the indictment says.

A third cooperating witness who began working with prosecutors in February 2019 was identified as Mark Riddell, the director of college entrance exam preparation at a private college preparatory school and sports academy in Bradenton, Florida.

The co-operator told investigators that Huffman and her spouse "agreed to the plan".

Meanwhile, celebrities have jumped on social media to comment on the nationwide college admissions scam and the alleged involvement of two of their own, Huffman and Loughlin.

J.Lo & A-Rod Are Engaged - See the Ring!
JLo and ARod started dating back in March 2017, and made their first public appearance together at the Met Gala that same year. The singer, 48, posted the same photo on her Instagram , captioned with a series of love heart emojis.

None of the students were charged and most remain at the universities, he said.
