Wizards trade Otto Porter to Bulls for Bobby Portis, Jabari Parker

With Porter, Kelly Oubre and Austin Rivers now gone, the Wizards now only have to worry about getting rid of Wall and his massive contract. This coming two days after the team learned that Wall may miss the entire 2019-20 season after it was discovered he almost completely ruptured his left Achilles tendon. Washington will receive forwards Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis, along with a second-round pick, in the deal. These numbers represent substantial regression from the previous two seasons.

Sources told Hoop District that Porter was not happy in Washington in recent seasons and used his max offer sheet from the Brooklyn Nets to try and breakout in 2017.

Is Peace with the Taliban Possible?
The Taliban were represented by Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai, a former mujahideen fighter who has led the movement's office in Qatar since 2012.

Additionally, Porter's lack of assertiveness, absence of joy, and passive-aggressive relationships with Wall and Beal all contribute to a rather underwhelming tenure.

Parker's first and only season with the Bulls was a massive disappointment. Over his six seasons in the league, he has put up career averages of 10.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.18 steals in 384 games (271 starts) while shooting.483 from the field, .399 from three (17th among active players) and.786 from the free throw line. He has shot 36.9 percent from 3-point range.

Philadelphia 76ers Acquire Tobias Harris In Trade With LA Clippers
Furkan Korkmaz is technically a shooting guard/small forward, so his minutes should increase as well in the immediate future. The Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to trade Tobias Harris , Boban Marjanovic , and Mike Scott to the Philadelphia 76ers .

With John Wall out, the Washington Wizards have decided to make some moves. The 23-year-old averaged 14.3 points and 6.2 boards per game in 39 games and 17 starts this season. Beyond unloading Porter's contract, the Wizards save about $4M this season (accounting for Parker's and Portis' contracts) and lower their luxury tax bill. Trevor Ariza and Jeff Green will be sought after by playoff teams looking to add veteran depth.

The next part of Markkanen's game that I would love to see him improve upon - especially with 28 games remaining - is his post game. The Philadelphia 76ers made somewhat of a splash by acquiring Tobias Harris from the Los Angeles Clippers to boost their already loaded starting five, and now the Washington Wizards and Chicago Bulls have gotten into the trade action as well.
