The two draft picks that Cleveland is receiving in the deal are Portlands own 2021 and 2023 second round picks.

The Cavaliers acquired Hood at the trade deadline from Utah last season, and they envisioned him being another scoring option to complement LeBron James and Kevin Love. Stauskas and Baldwin have expiring contracts, which will allow the Cavaliers to clear more salary-cap space to pursue free agents.

Hood, 26, has poured in 12.2 points, 2.5 rebounds and two assists per game this season for Cleveland.

The Portland Trail Blazers have acquired Rodney Hood from the Cleveland Cavaliers, in a move that became official on Monday.

It remains unclear where Burks will end up playing after the deadline, but it is all but certain that his days in Cleveland are numbered.

Canada's Stauskas, 25, averaged 6.1 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists with the Trail Blazers this season.
