Lady Gaga Reveals How Glenn Close & Her Mom Became Friends

Lady Gaga had a hard night on Sunday (January 13), after rushing home to see her beloved horse after find out she was dying. "My heart is exploding with pride".

The 32-year-old singer was forced to cut short her night, leaving shortly after receiving the prize alongside The Wife star Glenn Close, to be with her beloved, dying horse Arabella.

"She is and was a lovely horse", Gaga continued.

"She will forever be a part of me".

Gaga received the horse as a gift from Interscope Records in 2015.

"It's ok, I can still do this with a piano background", she then firmly said as music began to play. I will never forget the moments we shared. "But I just grabbed her by the mane and rode her bareback", Gaga told the publication.

"But I wish for your pain to end, and the gates of heaven to open for".

"Thank you to Satan for giving me inspiration for playing this role", he quipped, which got him some recognition from the Church of Satan.

The last line is taken from Gaga's song, "Joanne", about her aunt who died of complications from Lupus.

"Roma" - the title a reference to a posh Mexico City neighborhood - earlier won two Golden Globes and is a leading contender for an Oscar at the Academy Awards ceremony in February.
