Kawhi Leonard's Mom Goes Off At A Heckling Spurs Fan During Game

Toronto Raptors star Kawhi Leonard's mother was in attendance for her son's game against the San Antonio Spurs Thursday night - the first time he's played there since he reportedly forced his way out of the Texas team. With one older Spurs fan yelling at her son, Leonard's mom stood up and yelled across the aisle to confront the man. In one of his first tweets after the trade to San Antonio, DeRozan might have had this game in mind.

Over the summer, DeRozan said that his first meeting with the Raptors would be a game he had circled on his calendar.

Leonard said he was not surprised by the fans' reaction. It doesn't matter who we're playing. I'm hoping that it will be a warm welcome back to San Antonio, a place where he has won a championship and grew up here. "I knew he was a scorer, I knew he was a great teammate and all that sort of thing, high character".

During Thursday evening's contest between the San Antonio Spurs and the Toronto Raptors, Spurs fans started chanting "Uncle Dennis".
