Harry, Meghan and bump greeted in Australia

The duke and duchess's itinerary has not changed, despite pregnant women being advised against travelling to Fiji and Tonga because of the risk posed by the Zika virus. There Harry spotted a familiar face in the crowd - 98-year-old Daphne Dunne who he met during his 2015 and 2017 visits to the country.

Harry and Meghan will return to London from Auckland on November 1.

A Kensington Palace spokesman said: "There is a long history of friendship between the royal family and Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand, and their links with the United Kingdom are extensive".

Meghan Markle has given her late mother-in-law the ultimate nod this morning in Sydney, wearing the same butterfly earrings and bracelet previously worn by the Princess of Wales. She explained that her first husband Albert Chowne had been given the highest award in the British honors system after he died in Papua New Guinea in 1945.

The newest royal baby will be seventh in line to the throne, behind Harry, who is sixth.

Prince Charles is first after Queen Elizabeth, followed by Prince William and his three children with wife Kate Middleton.
