The FBI’s Investigation of Kavanaugh Was a Sham

Reports say the FBI has completed its latest investigation into allegations Kavanaugh sexually assaulted Dr. Christine Blasey Ford at a party when they were in high school.

Two other women also accuse Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

And despite the reports imminent delivery to the Hill, Democrats continue to raise objections about its credibility - specifically in the absence of Ford and Kavanaugh interviews.

The fast-moving story around embattled Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh continues to unfold.

Agents spoke with Mark Judge, a friend of Kavanaugh's who Ford said was in the room when she was assaulted.

Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer, Democrat of NY, fired back in remarks after McConnell, saying the weeklong delay to the let the FBI investigate came at the request of Republican senators who weren't prepared to vote for Kavanaugh's nomination.

"This evening, the Senate will receive the results of the FBI's supplemental background investigation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh", McConnell said on the floor. Their letter said, he "displayed a lack of judicial temperament that would be disqualifying for any court, and certainly for election to the highest court of the land".

Democrats and Republicans have erupted at one another during Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings, culminating in Republican Sen.

As he flew aboard Air Force One to the MS rally, Trump was also enraged by stories in The New York Times about Kavanaugh's high school and college years and alleging tax avoidance efforts by the president and his family, according to a person familiar with the situation who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Dr Ford testified that she could not remember the precise date or location of the alleged assault or how she got home afterward.
