Brett Kavanaugh's embattled nomination for the Supreme Court faced further disarray Sunday night after an explosive new account emerged of alleged sexual misconduct when he was in college, putting the White House on the defensive and the judge's confirmation in fresh doubt. She says he covered her mouth and tried to remove her clothing. Kavanaugh categorically denies it.

Ford and Kavanaugh are slated to testify Thursday before the Judiciary panel.

The Post reported Sunday that Keyser said in a brief interview at her home that she still believes Ford, even if she doesn't remember the party.

The allegation is now under investigation by the offices of a pair of Democratic senators.

McConnell said Senate Democrats and their allies are "trying to destroy a man's personal and professional life on the basis of decades-old allegations that are unsubstantiated and uncorroborated". "It should be fully investigated".

The second claim against Kavanaugh dates to the 1983-84 academic year, which was his first at Yale University.

The device would be available for purchase from October in silver, midnight black, and rose gold colour variants. The Samsung Galaxy A9 Star Pro will be the first-ever smartphone to debut with a quadruple rear camera setup.

"I look forward to a vote and for people to come out of the woodwork from 36 years ago and 30 years ago and never mention it, and all the sudden it happens", the president also said.

"Judge Kavanaugh is an outstanding person and I am with him all the way", Trump told reporters ahead of a meeting at the United Nations in NY on Monday.

Kavanaugh says the event "did not happen" and that the allegation is "a smear, plain and simple".

The White House also backed up Kavanaugh.

White House spokesperson Kerri Kupec said in a statement, "This 35-year-old, uncorroborated claim is the latest in a coordinated smear campaign by the Democrats created to tear down a good man".

"Not to be left out, porn star Stormy Daniels" lawyer said on Sunday that #hetoo is representing a woman with "credible information" on Kavanaugh and his high school classmate Mark Judge, who was allegedly present at the party Ford claims she was assaulted at.

As a rookie in 2017, Beathard started in five games, appearing in seven, and totaled four touchdowns and six interceptions. But the point is that Savage has started games in the National Football League so teams value that experience, somehow.

"Judge Kavanaugh is an outstanding person".

Ramirez and her attorney could not be reached for comment on the record.

"It is not accurate to say that those who knew him at the time dispute this", Farrow said on ABC. "People would pick who drank".

"I wasn't going to touch a penis until I was married", she said, referring to her devout Catholic upbringing.

Ramirez then alleges that Kavanaugh was standing near her laughing and pulling up his trousers.

She says she remembers Mr Kavanaugh standing to her right and laughing, pulling up his trousers. "I can still see his face, and his hips coming forward, like when you pull up your trousers". It does not matter that no other eyewitness can even confirm that Judge Kavanaugh was at the party in question. But the benefit for Kavanaugh's accusers is that investigators would interview witnesses under the threat of jail for lying, including those who have said they wouldn't testify before the Senate. Ramirez has not been comfortable to discuss this incident over the years but now she is ready and thinks the Federal Bureau of Investigation should look into it. "It's in excess of what we typically see in this kind of investigative reporting". The behavior she describes would be completely out of character for Brett.

Mourinho: I did not like my team
Teased by his clear eye for goal, the Old Trafford faithful will be hoping he can begin to find the net more regularly. However, on return for the second half, Portuguese star Joao Moutinho equalised for his side after just eight minutes.

The magazine reported that after "six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections" to recall the incident.
