Barr continues to insist that she didn't know Valerie Jarrett was a Black woman and she had "assumed" she was Middle Eastern because she was "born in Iran and lived there for so many years".

When Sean brought up Roseanne's past tweets about Catholics along with her Nazi photo shoot, Roseanne joked", "I hate everyone equally.

Hannity asked her several times for an apology, but Barr seemed to hesitate.

On 30 May, a day after ABC had cancelled the show, Barr claimed that she had taken the drug Ambien before she sent the tweets. She said she was stunned by the negative reaction, which Hannity noted was almost universal, The Guardian reported. "That's what was in my head".

"I don't know how to reconcile with what you saying and what she has said with what the facts are", Hostin said.

English court rules woman must stay in 'loveless' marriage
The reality is that the law can only be changed by Parliament - but it doesn't appear that change is coming any time soon. Hugh's lawyer said the Supreme Court got it right because Tini "was essentially advocating divorce by unilateral demand".

On her infamous tweet: "If you really think that at the height of my power and fame [I would author a racist tweet]..."

"I'm sorry you feel harmed", she added. I never meant to hurt anybody or say anything negative about an entire race of people.

She explained: "It cost me everything".

Despite apologizing at times, Barr also said on the Fox interview that she felt like she had apologized enough for her actions. "I mean seriously. She needs a good haircut".

"I have a different view of that", responded Barr as she gave her first TV interview since she was sacked from "Roseanne".

Barr again said she didn't know Jarrett was an African American, adding that it wasn't widely known. "Martin Luther King said two things about forgiveness: He said... forgiveness is not an occasional act, it's a constant attitude, and... when we've lost the capacity to forgive, we've lost the capacity to love".

"I'm not a racist and the people who voted for Trump, they're not racist either, and Trump isn't a racist, sorry".

When asked what her reaction was in the aftermath of posting the tweet, the comedian said, "The first thing was shock that they were saying it's racial when it's political", noting that she disagreed with Jarrett for her views on Iran.

She expressed interest in talking to Jarrett, or perhaps working out a way to find a "teachable moment" in an encounter with her. "But I was allowed under my contract to have 24 hours to correct any mistake".

Shmuley went on to call the ABC sitcom "a blessing" and a show that "succeeded for Democrats and Republicans", before addressing Barr "as a person".

Though Barr stayed relatively tame on her "Hannity" appearance, she has been fiery on her own YouTube channel and on social media.
