Rose McGowan's three word response to Harvey Weinstein's arrest

Actress and director Asia Argento, who said Weinstein raped her at the 1997 Cannes Film Festival, tweeted simply: "What took you so long Harvey?"

Lawyers did not identify the woman involved in the rape charge. Weinstein may have wanted to have sex, but didn't assume from the get-go he would have to rape the woman.

There is no indication as to how much each victim will receive, or how Michigan State University will allocate the funds. Many victims have said they reported Nassar's abuse to various members of the Michigan State's staff.
