Tesla about to open order books for dual motor Model 3

The news comes a day after Musk said Tesla was undergoing a "thorough reorganization" as it contends with production problems, senior staff departures and recent crashes involving its electric cars.

The 28-year-old female driver of the auto told police in suburban Salt Lake City that the system was switched on and that she had been looking at her phone before the Friday evening crash.
