'Avengers: Infinity War' Directors Requests Fans Not To Reveal The Spoilers

The directors of the hugely anticipated event film that is Avengers: Infinity War are understandably anxious about dreaded spoilers spreading as initial preview screenings take place and the film arrives. It will release on April 27.

Black Panther recently opened this February to a record $202 million, so it will be interesting to see if The Avengers: Infinity War surpasses that film. This uses most of the released footage - including TV spots - so if you want to go into the theater blind, bookmark this page and come back in a month!

Fortunate fans will see the film in its entirety only at the Los Angeles premiere on April 23, shortly before the movie arrives in theaters.

The movie stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Josh Brolin, and Chris Pratt.

The brothers closed off their letter with "Good luck and happy viewing" and affixed their respective signatures at the end.

And according to Variety , A Quiet Place is estimated to pull in roughly $30 million in its opening weekend. Emily married her co-star in A Quiet Place , the US Office actor John Krasinski , in July 2010.


The inclusion of Thanos into the Avengers series has been something fans of the series have been clamoring for since the original movie in 2012, and his involvement has caused massive amounts of speculation and excitement. For a while, the movie was also reportedly going to be called Avengers: Infinity War Part 2, but that was quickly debunked as well.

It has already been a huge year for Disney, which owns Marvel. The IMAX presentation of Infinity War will feature vertically-expanded frames compared to the regular theatrical edition, with up to 26% more screen space - all the better for seeing Thanos squish all our Marvel favourites into a sticky pulp.
